What is a User Profile in SportsFi?

  • A user profile holds information and settings for a system user, such as name, contact details, role, preferences, permissions, and activity history.
  • The SportsFi platform uses this profile to identify that subject, personalise what they see, and control what they can do.

  • Identity details
    : name, ID, email, basic description. And the org they belong to.
  • Configuration
    : language, time zone, notification preferences, privacy and access settings.
  • Role/permissions
    : what this profile is allowed to access or change in the system.
  • History/footprint
    : past actions and interactions linked to that profile.

Why profiles matter
